Volume button from engage interaction in presenter

I would like to remove the volume button in the player on engage slides in presenter.
These are setup in de player in my engage document, but still occur when playing from a studio file.

Hey Bruno,
Thank you for providing those screenshots and explaining what you are seeing! That does seem odd that the volume button would still appear when you preview your course.
To make sure I am on the same page, it sounds like you are creating an Engage Interaction and then applying that file in Presenter? If so, could I have you check the menu settings in Presenter as well? It could be that the volume button is enabled in Presenter which is why it is still appearing when you preview the course:
