Lucky 13! I have 13 types of maintenance requests I want to introduce my project team to. They don't have to memorize all 13, but I do want them to get an idea of the many maintenance types and "see" how they align with what type of request they receive.
Others may have suggestions as well, but the ones I listed (as well as a few others that didn't seem relevant to your need) have the capability to handle 13+.

Off-hand, perhaps Bulletin Board, FAQ, Process, or Tabbed Image could perhaps work for you.
I use tabbed a lot, but with 13, it seems like too much. Maybe I'll use FAQ.
