I am creating a Labeled Graphic Engage interaction and I have transparent png's that I am using in the labels. When I insert them I am getting a white box around them. How can I get rid of the white box or enhance it to make it look more professional?
Thanks for uploading the file. Unfortunately, it looks like Engage doesn't support transparency in media that's been added for steps. If you'd like to see that feature added to a future release, please submit a feature request to us by using the link below:

Hi Tara,
Can you post an attachment with the bump cap image? I have a feeling that your PNG file is 24 bit and converting it to 8 bit will resolve the issue.
Good idea but I just tried it and it doesn't seem to matter. Here is the png anyway just in case

Get the grey colour using pixie and add that as the backgroungd to you image, it should then blend in
