Our IT department have installed Flipbook and StairSteps for Engage but how do I access them? They don't appear on the Engage screen. I've tried the "Community Actions" and "Get more interactions" but that doesn't work.
If they have installed the package, they should install right in the correct folder and you should see them in the community actions. How has you IT dept installed them? Navigate to Program Files>Articulate>Articulate Engage>packages folder. Do you see them in there? That's where they should be in order to show up in your COmmunity Interactions. If they are not there, then they need to be moved there.
