Yet again...

Another Windows update, and Articulate stopped working properly. This time is Engage. I can't use it properly, and I can't import Engage interactions in SL.

Any idea about what could I change, set or update to fix this?

Oh no, I'm so sorry that Engage is giving you a hard time! Are you receiving an error message? If so, would you mind taking a screenshot of the error message?

I'm having similar issues. Every time I try to embed an Engage interaction into SL, everything locks up. So I tried to edit an existing interaction within SL. Edits were accepted, no problem. When I clicked Save & Return to SL, the program locked up. It's been 40 minutes and my 5-screen interaction is still loading. Please help!

Hi all,

Sorry for all the trouble you've run into with Engage 360 and importing into Storyline. Our team was able to fix these up and the update for Studio 360 is live today. That update fixes a couple of issues where Engage interactions wouldn't import into Storyline or publish to Word. You'll see that noted in our release notes here, and you can download the latest update within the Articulate 360 desktop app.
