Articulate Online activity report shows multiple "complete" status for the same user.
When running customized activity reports in Articulate Online, we noticed that a user is marked down with various statuses (sometimes the same status, sometimes different) for a module - sometimes minutes apart.
We are publishing to Articulate Online using Storyline (1 or 2, depending on when the modules were created). This causes come confusion when trying to figure out how long they actually spent. The completion is based on a results page for quizzes which include 5 - 10 questions per module.
Example A: Same user, same module - reported "Completed" 3 times in a matter of less than 2 minutes. Also, how can this be completed in 10 seconds?

Example B: Same user, same module, shows completed, then incomplete (after having completed it minutes before), complete, and neutral.
