Question 1: While there isn't a bulk delete feature for user accounts in Articulate Online, I'm happy to pass this feature request on to the team to think on!

For now, I have seen folks achieve that by using this method provided by a community member – like you! You'll find that the video tutorial link is available while the web app download link expired. If you'd like, feel free to connect with Dave, the Web App developer, directly by clicking on the Contact Me button on his profile page. 

Question 2: When deleting a user from your Articulate Online account, this prompt will appear:


After a user has been deleted, their information cannot be restored. Be sure to run a report on the user's activity before you delete their account, so you'll have their historical data just in case!
