Articulate Online Freezing During Viewing Frequently
Just launched two courses for a client in Articulate Online from Studio '09. It seems that about 50% of the time, users are finding the courses will freeze and not advance to the next screen. There is no typical place where this happens.
If they exit the content window and relaunch, they can resume at the place they left and finish successfully.
What might be the causals? Are there any tips I can offer?
One of the courses is a very simple overview that's only 15 minutes and the other is a 29 minute course. Both have audio narration. As I said, there appears to be no rhyme or reason to when it freezes or where in the two courses it freezes.
