I do not have an Articulate Online account, but my client does. They asked me a question I cannot answer. They want to know if users must set up an account with a username and password to view the training or if I can somehow capture their names in the Articulate Storyline training itself?
Not sure if this makes sense, hoping someone out there has experience with this.

If your client does not want to set up users for private content, they can enable a guestbook for their public content to gather the information if needed. Check out the documentation here.
