Articulate Online URL Issue

Hi folks,

I have been encountered an issue with Articulate Online that I really hope someone can help me with. 

So when I published a course to Articulate Online, I get a generated URL link to the course. However, when I sent the URL link to people, some people can open it while some can't. For those who can't, here is the error message they get. 

Can anyone help me out here?

Thanks for your response!

This happens sporadically. I sent the course to all people within our organization, whose computers I assume have the same settings. So I guess if someone can access it, that means system requirements are all met. 

Have your received any requests regarding to the similar situations before? If yes, how it's been resolved?
