Broken Reports - Answer Breakdown

Hello all,

I'm having issues with articulate online reporting.  I've attached a sample report of what I'm experiencing.  My learners' responses are broken up between many different attempts.  I can usually find at least one completed attempt.  Is there any way to prevent the report from fragmenting like this?

I think this article might be what I'm experiencing.  Does each partial record mean that they clicked off of the exam (maybe via IE bookmarks) and navigated back?  If this is the case, I would like to try and construct my quizzes in a way where this isn't a factor.

Any suggestions?

Hi Preston,

Thanks for sharing a copy of the CSV file and a link to the article that you thought matched it as well. That article doesn't seem to match, as it would likely show the earlier question as incorrect or missing in your chart, based on a user re-accessing the course to pick up where they left. Also that article is for Quizmaker, is that the tool you're using to publish your quizzes to Articulate Online?

We'd be happy to take a better look at your course and what you're seeing for reports though to help narrow down the behavior and offer some additional ideas. Since that'll involve taking a look at your Articulate Online account, can you reach out here to connect with our Support Engineers? They'll share directions on how to get our team access to the courses.
