Recently uploaded an SL2 course that contains an 18 min video followed by a quiz. The course is about 480 MB. It ran successfully for a couple of trainees and then began to hang up. The video would run to about the 14 min mark and hang up. The video will reload and play from the beginning but still hangs up. On some occasions, I can click forward to get to the quiz but without viewing the final 4 minutes of video.

This morning, I received a fatal Citrix receiver message saying it failed and would I like to restart. The video continued to play for a while but eventually hung up.

Any idea what is going on? We have just gone live with our first course obviously using Online and my client is not impressed.
