Hi Jennifer,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've run into. I see a few similar reports of AO issues this AM and our team is currently investigating the issue. Can you connect with our support engineers here so that they're able to look into your particular account and share any updates with you directly.

Hi Leslie

this is happening on corporate laptops and from clicking directly on the Articulate Online content link in an email or when we click the view button within Articulate Online itself.

I've never had to choose a html file to run content from Articulate Online ever since we started using it about 10 years ago

Hi Leslie

The AO link is (link removed)

This content has been sitting happily on AO since 2010 and its only recently we have been having issues with content not playing or playing sporadically from AO

This item has not been working today as per the screen shots below

PS I wasn't responsible for the slides or recording of this item :)

Thanks

John

Hi John!

Responding to the forums via e-mail does not allow your attachments to come through. Your signature is also attached, but you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.

I do not have any issue accessing your course in Chrome, IE, or Firefox. I even tested the emulation in IE8 and IE10.

Is your flash player up-to-date?

Loading problem

Hi Thierno!

I've not seen any issues reported for Articulate Online for loading issues. Is this how you published your content and did you view in the published environment? If you are still viewing locally, you may be seeing the issue detailed below:

If you just see a spinning circle or a Flash Player notification when you launch published courses on your local computer, you may be experiencing a new Flash Player security feature. See this article for details and solutions.
