Daily Timeouts in Articulate Online

I have a high profile client that is using IE 9.0.8112.16421 to access training modules. She is seeing timeouts in the form of slides that won't load. She has patiently waited through entire training modules several times to reproduce this problem for me. It has happened for her three times. The first time, she isn't sure which slide she got to, the second time she got to slide 18, the third time she got to slide 21. The user activity report says that she only completed one slide of 25 for three days in a row now, despite screenshots that contradict that evidence.

I'm getting reports of this behavior from other users too, but I am only able to troubleshoot with this one right now.

I'm not sure what else I need to troubleshoot this problem. What could the issue be? How can I help this client?
