Detailed reports?

I am trying to pull up detailed reports on a course that I created.  In my course, I cover how to use 25 songs in the classroom.  Each song has 1-3 questions that follows the song's instruction slides.  When I pull up a report, I'm seeing things like...

score= 100% incomplete  (how can you be at 100% but incomplete?)

When I attempt detail, it shows detail for 2 questions, but I have about 50 questions and 25 results slides.

Any ideas why the results aren't more clear?  Bear with me.  This is my first course using this program.

Hi Rachel,

First, you might want to check out this article for the completion status you're seeing. It sounds like the course is being completed, but the final score isn't updating properly - this may happen if the user closes out of the course by clicking on the "X" for the browser window.

I'm not quite sure, but from your first statement I thought maybe you were tracking/reporting by number of slides viewed. Is this the case? Or are you tracking a specific results slide?

Articulate Storyline and Articulate Presenter allow you to track a course either by the number of slides viewed or by one specific quiz (result slide). However, you may be able to track more than one SCO (shareable content object) in a single course, using any of the following unsupported methods. These articles refer to Presenter, but you should be able to to use the same techniques with Storyline.

Note: Articulate has not tested or verified the accuracy of the information provided in these articles. These methods are not supported by Articulate.

If you'd like a built-in feature to track multiple SCOs in a course, we welcome your feature requests.

If you still have trouble with the 100% and Incomplete statuses, are you able to post the .STORY file here? Or, if you'd like, you're welcome to send the file to us privately:
