I have been using the import template to upload users to Articulate Online. These are being added to Articulate without any issues, but the users are not receiving the welcome email. I have also added one or two users manually and they receive the welcome email. with their login detials. It lands in their inbox and not in their SPAM folder.
Is this the method you're referring to and using? If so, and you're still experiencing the issue, would you mind submitting a case to our support team so we can take a closer look at why it's happening? Thanks!
