Error message in Articulate Online

I use Articulate Online to manage my Storyline modules as we do not have an LMS.  My users are self-employed agents in remote locations. I have a user who is encountering the following error message and cannot see any content when he logs in: updating content list: undefined.

We have established that Flash is up to date and he is using IE & Windows.  

I've logged in as him on my computer and it works fine. Can anyone suggest any troubleshooting advice?

Hi Marco,

While I appreciate that you want assistance with this, please remember to change your password after this is resolved. 

I'd hate to see something happen to the account, or for you to lose some of your work.

I accessed the only course listed when logging into the account and the course loaded immediately for me in Google Chrome Version 35.0.1916.114 m, Mozilla Firefox 29.0.1, Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17107, Safari 5.1.7 and Opera 21.0.

I'd recommend clearing all of your browser cache and testing again. If hitting CTRL+F5 works for you, that means you're viewing the unchached and refreshed version.
