How can I remove a guest record so the guest can start the course again

I'm using Articulate Online very successfully for guestbook users who are contractors to our company. 

One guest is having difficulty completing a course because it has frozen part through and despite a variety of unsuccesful actions actions his end has not been able to avaiod the problem.

I want to remove his record so he can start again.

How would I do this?

Is this learner able to launch the course in a new browser (or an incognito/private browsing mode) to reset the course?
