Inaccurate/missing user activity on report
I got this message this morning from one of our learners and would like to know if someone has ran into this issue before and if there is anyway to fix it? Thanks!
"Hi! I did the Audience Measurement module on Tuesday and spent about 40 mins going through, making sure I went viewed/completed each page, taking his time, clicking on each activity etc.
In my history it says that this module is ‘incomplete’ and that I only viewed 5%.
How can this be when I spent so much time going through it? "
