Link to add to a LMS

Hi ! I just opened a trial account to publish my first program. I now need to provide the participants of the program with a link to access the material. How do I get a link to the material?

Also, tomorrow I intend to make additional changes and publish again. Do I have to publish a new file or should I overwrite the file I published today?

Please advise.

Thank you!

Hi Lorena,

Please correct me if I got it wrong, it seems that what you need is to provide a URL to your content. You could upload the output to a Google drive, Dropbox or Amazon aws area so you can have this URL. The ideal place to test this is a LMS, and there're free ones to test like Scorm Cloud.

Whenever you make additional changes you need to publish again and upload again the files to the space where you want to locate the course.

I hope it helps.

Hi Ashley and Belen,

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm currently using Articulate Online as part of a trial period. However, once the trial period is over, I'd like students to still be able to open the material through a link.

Belen, the option that I like the most is Dropbox. I tried to upload the contents of my program to Dropbox many times. It does upload, and Dropbox does provide a link, but when you hit that link the material can't be accessed. What am I doing wrong? Please advise. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you both again.

Hi Lorena!

I'm not sure what software you are utilizing to develop your course, but the following shares some Dropbox information as related to publishing:
