Problem loading page

Hi Articulate Online users,

Is there any solution to the inability to connect to the Articulate Online server? lately, from about 03.p.m. Jakarta Time, I have difficulties to connect to the server, either very slow or unable to connect at all.

I don't see any explanation provided on this issue. I have verified that the problem is not from the internet provider

since I can access other websites. I feel desperate because this is the busiest time we need our programs.

Immediate solution is appreciated!
