Sorry for the trouble, Caprice. 

Can you please confirm that you're running the Articulate software as an administrator? You may also want to confirm that you aren't behind any corporate firewalls or other network security. And speaking of networks, it's important to always publish to a local drive, rather than a network or USB drive. You may also want to make sure that your file path name is less than 250 characters or so. 

If you continue to experience issues with publishing, would you please open a ticket with the tech team so they can help get this resolved?
