Publishing to Articulate Online - Error Message

When trying to publish a course to Articulate Online I am getting the following message:
"A problem occurred while publishing to Articulate Online. Click the more info button for troubleshooting information"

Anyway, I know I am not near my course limit of 20 online at a time, and I know my online username and password are correct. I also checked my Windows settings and noted that I have allowed Articulate Storyline access through my firewall.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I am having this issue and the tutorial link Ashley gave does not apply...it actually links now directly from the error message. But I have the time settings in Windows 10 to automatic (to the Internet) and my username, password, and URL are correct. Any other suggestions to prevent this message and be able to publish? Thanks!
