Renaming Content and more
I have been an Articulate product user for a few years now (Presenter, Quizmaker, Online) but I am far from an expert. One of the reasons I liked Articulate was that it was so easy that I could figure enough out to create and publish training modules. It seems that products and discussions have left me in the dust and things are really over my head now. I know there is so much more that I can be doing but I just don't know how. I am excited to see that there are classes being offered and I intend to sign up. In the meantime I am a bit embarassed to have to ask some basic questions. (Sorry, enough rambling...I will get to the point.)
1. I have been asked to rename some of the Content. When I try to go in and republish the Power Points I often don't have the narration any longer. Is there a trick to renaming content and keeping the narration?
2. I have 2003 and 2007 versions on my computer and I have noticed that I always have to use 2003 for publishing content. Is this because I have to update or do something to my computer or Articulate product?
3. Do I need to update/upgrade? I have Presenter 5. I see that there is Studio '09 out now. How would I do that and what is involved?
Even the website that has changed since I was on the forums and tutorials last confuses me. I hate that I am so non-technical!
