Showing Incomplete in Articulate Online Despite Successful Results
I have published a course to Articulate Online today. Despite getting a Results screen that shows passing, I don't show as having completed the course within Articulate Online. I have tried taking the quiz in Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer browsers with the same result. I take care to press 'finish', fully exit the course and close my browsers but continue to show as "incomplete" in reporting.
I have read the article on these types of issues at https://articulate.com/support/article/user-receives-an-incomplete-status-or-no-attempt-is-recorded, but none of them seem to apply. All settings appear identical to past courses (I am the developer of the content). I am wondering if the course file might be corrupted especially since I uploaded another course today which shows me as 'completed'
