Hi Simon,

Our team was looking into an issue at the end of last week associated with Tempshare, but it has yet to be resolved - from the reports I've heard from users it seems to be connected to the total number of slides (over 50) as opposed to file size, but we'll update the forums when we have additional information to share.

Thanks for the reply Ashley.

If it's any help to the team, the project I'm trying to upload is on 24 slides, grouped into chapters.

I am having the same trouble.  I use Chrome as my default and get to 99%.  I tried Firefox and get to 0% Publishing.  I also get the same 0% Publishing with IE.  My story is about 130 slides with a Screen Recording, Try It Mode and Test Mode.  This will be a typical type of project for me to publish.

Thanks! Heather

Thanks Ashley,

I know Tempshare is not my permanent solution but if I can't view it there than I cannot test it.

It has not been determined yet where I will put the files I am creating since they are for internal use and I do not know what the best solution would be.  I have tried to follow instructions on using Dropbox but I cannot get that to work either.  Do you have any suggestions?  Our company does not have an LMS, our IT dept is currently discussing redoing our intranet and maybe using SharePoint.

The output size on the files I was working on yesterday were 73 MB.

Hi Heather,

I suggest using SCORM Cloud for your course - it's a great place to test SCORM content.

If you continue to have trouble uploading your courses to multiple servers, you may want to try checking your internet connection or firewall. If you're having issues with Dropbox and Tempshare, something may be interfering with the upload process.

You're also welcome to share the .story file, but 73 MB is too large for the forums. If you continue to have trouble with this, we can see about using another method to share the project.

Let us know how it goes!

Best,

Christine
