Unable to publish - account url

Hello Articuate,

We are evaluating OnLine and cannot get anything published.

We are consistently presented with the message "Unknown error. Please check your accunt url and try again".  Our IT department have addressed the sugestions in the online help (proxy server etc) and I have now brought my Notebook home to attempt to publish from my home ADSL internet connection but without success.  - The same error message.

We have tried copying and retyping the account url and user name and passwords many times but get the same error message.

Where to from here?  I look forward to your suggestions.

Hi Mark,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced with this.

I'm not sure which troubleshooting article(s) you've already seen. Have you tried the suggestions in the article below?

Publish to Articulate Online fails

If those suggestions don't help, it may be a good idea to try the manual upload option mentioned at the bottom of that article.
