Undeliverable AO system email-need to define email address

My regular email box receives automated notices of nondeliverable email, generated by changes of user email addresses. Below is a snip of the top of the header information. Although I see in the Settings screens that I have selected to be notified of such email changes, I don't readily see where to set my own email address to receive these notices. Where is the address "do-not-reply@learningtxdmv.articulate-online.com" set, please? Is this an issue I should raise with my organization's email support?

Here's the header snip, and thanks in advance:

Hi Wayne,

Actually, looking at the information you first posted, that looks like a response email address for Articulate Online. Are you sending out any email confirmations or "Out of Office" responses or requests when you receive emails? It so, it may be bouncing to that mail server and then back again. I think this happens because that address isn't set up to receive email, only send it.

I'll reach out to our Articulate Online expert and see if they're able to confirm this, or give some additional information.

This issue has changed. Instead of receiving non-deliverable notices, now I receive two, duplicate instances of user email changes. I still have no idea where the "do-not-reply@...> is set, so it must be an internal system setting. Again, please bear in mind that this is NOT an account setting that I have made or can even see. Please advise.

Hi Wayne,

Correct - this wouldn't be a setting on your end. As I mentioned earlier, it sounds like the message is coming from the Articulate Online email servers from messages that are being sent to that address. I also reached out to our AO expert and he agrees that this may be the case. Do you know if you have any automated email responses set up with your email account? Any type of messages sent out to that address will probably bounce back.

If you'd like, you're welcome to reach out to our technical team. Maybe they can confirm this for you, or work with you a little closer to determine exactly why you're receiving those emails.

It may also help to reach out to your email support and see if maybe there are some notifications send from your address that may be causing this (errors, receipt requests, auto notifications, etc.).

Thanks Wayne Hopefully we'll be able to figure out exactly what's causing this.
