Upgrade Articulate Online

Hi,

I need to upgrade my Articulate Online account which is an annual subscription. 

1. How do I find out my Articulate Online serial number?

2. When I go to the upgrade link, it does not recognise that I am already paying for an annual subscription and it wants to charge me in full for a new subscription. I dont want to purchase a new subscription, just upgrade an existing one so that I can add more content.

In the meantime, be sure you're using the administrator role in Articulate Online, since that role has permission to upgrade and downgrade an account.
