Hi Abid,

Unless you've enabled the option to manually upload to Articulate Online, you won't be able to upload the published files to the server.

Here's more information on publishing for, and uploading manually to Articulate Online:

Publishing for Manual Upload to Articulate Online

I realize you don't have access to the original files at this point, but hopefully this will help for future projects.

In the meantime, if you need to share your published files online, you could try these options:

  • I suggest using SCORM Cloud for your course - it's a great place to test  and host SCORM content.
  • Another option would be to use our Tempshare server. Just keep in mind that this server is only available for testing content - it is not officially supported by Articulate and all content will be removed automatically after 10 days.

Sorry for the trouble, Abid. However, I hope this information helps.

Thanks!

Hi Abid,

It may be that the project wasn't published for LMS. If it was published for Web, or any other option, SCORM Cloud won't recognize the file as a course.

If it was published for LMS, it may not be zipped properly. If that's the case, you're welcome to share the .ZIP file here and I'll take a look.

Thanks!
