Uploading to Articulate Online - Error uploading content

Good morning.

I have developed an interactive course in PowerPoint 07 that is only 17 slides.  I am currently using Articulate Presenter (5.4.0 Pro).  When I publish to Articulate Online, I receive all the standard dialog boxes including the "Uploading to Articulate Online" which once it reaches 100% done, I get the error box - "Error uploading content - Upload failed.  Please try again shortly.  If the problem persists, contact support@articulate.com"

I attempted to publish 3 different times yesterday, which included a complete restart of my computer.  I shut down last night and attempted to publish this morning and received the same error.

I have published many courses to Articulate Online in the past.  First time with this error.  I've also searched all the forums and the FAQs in the support section.

Please help!!  Thank you!

I would suggest you submit a case by following these steps:

1) Go to Articulate -> Publish -> PROJECT FILES -> Publish (specify a location on your computer where you'd like the zip file to be created).
2) UNCHECK the option to include .WAV files.
3) Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
