Users unable to log in to Articulate Online

We're having a problem with our users accessing courses by logging in to Articulate Online. When they go to the course URL, the required fields are already filled with information and users are unable to clear the email so they can log in themselves. Is there a setting that needs to be fixed? Shouldn't the login clear itself after each user logs in?

Hi Diane,

Do you have multiple users logging in from the same machine?  If so, then it sounds like your browser is saving the login data.  However, you should be able to manually edit that information.  Would you mind submitting a support case so that we can take a closer look at the issue?
