Hi Kelly,

I'd want to take a look at your course to be sure, can you share a link to the course within AO here with us (you could also send it to me as a private message)? Additionally, if you're able to share your .story file here with us I will check that out as well.

In the meantime, can you also check the Articulate Online System requirements detailed here?

Ashley, thanks for your help.. I can see the videos on my side so waiting to hear from my clients if they can see them.

I few things I did was to reduce the file size with less frame rate and sound bits, and no controller. For some reason, Articulate did not like this so I published my video (in Camtasia) as a MP4 with a video controller.

Wonder if the controller or the compressions that was the problem?

Hi Kelly,

It's possible it was the video type, and republishing it as an MP4 solved the issues - as you'll see described in this support article, although Articulate Storyline supports a wide range of audio file formats (AAC, AIF, AIFF, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA), not all codecs and bitrates are supported. If you encounter an issue with importing or playing audio, we recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV for best results.
