Presenter ’09 only supports the default page setup in PowerPoint, which is On-screen Show (4:3) in PowerPoint 2010 / 2007 and On-screen Show in PowerPoint 2003 / 2002 (XP) / 2000. The only supported slide orientation is Landscape. Any other slide dimensions may result in slides that are truncated or cut off when published with Presenter ’09. You can learn more here.
