64bit PowerPoint upgrade? Jun 07, 2012 By Allie Marino I just got a new computer at work. I am not able to get my Presenter to communicate with Powerpoint. My tech crew thinks it's because it's 64bit. Would that be the case? If so- is there a fix for that?
Brandy Meng almost 12 years ago06/07/12 at 11:06 am (UTC) For PowerPoint 2010 there is an option for 64bit and 32bit when you do the installation. You would just need to reinstall it as 32bit and Presenter will work. Here's more information http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap9&id=h1kymjt4947v
