I have a 20 slide Articulate 13 file - 1 video, 1 quiz, 1 interaction. All seems fine until I try to access Slide properties/Publish buttons. General error message appears which states : Articulate Presenter 13 Error Report - We're sorry, something went wrong...etc.
I've packaged it and copied to a local drive and tried again. Same...I have rebooted the machine...Same
Does the publish seem to get stuck at a particular spot, meaning a particular slide? If so, you might remove that slide temporarily and try to publish, and then perhaps take a look at the slide for anything odd.
If you've done that, I would probably uninstall Studio 13 for your machine, and then download and re-install a fresh version. That may seem a bit drastic, but that usually fixes odd problems, for me, at least. Let us know how it goes, and of course, you could always submit a case. --Daniel
Thanks for your replies. It is occurring with this one file and this file only so I'm confident that it is specific to this presentation. I have even removed everything that might set it off ie all interactions and quizzes. At Publish or if I go into Slide properties, the said error occurs almost immediately, ie it doesn't seem to process much before it bombs out. Yes, thanks I'll submit a case....
Just popping in with an update - I checked on Lisa's support case (00398719) and it seemed that there was some corruption in her file that she was able to resolve by re-using the slides in a new presentation. Just wanted to update any others that may come across this thread!
