Access denied error

Challenge in accessing the SCORM package created in Articulate after uploading it in the Learning hub pilot portal. Getting an error message "Access Denied"

The best way to find the source of that message is to see how the content uploads in another LMS environment. SCORM Cloud, a free LMS testing tool, is fit for the job.
