Is there a way in Presenter 13 to access the Menu to advance a student to a particular spot in the program, if the program closes unexpectedly how can I start them back at the slide they were on . I tried the keyboard navigation and it isn't working.
If you would like the menu to display for navigation, you can set up the menu to display via Player Features as shown here. This is also where you can control your navigation options.
Here is a tutorial just for the resume behavior of your presentation.
I have to have the Menu restricted so they have to view and listen to every slide. So is there a shortcut to bypass the restriction so be able to advance to a certain slide? We do a lot of CBT training in a large lab and occasionally we have a computer issue and have to change computers so the resume feature wouldn't work..
There is not a way to bypass the restriction that you set for your learner.
Is there a quiz in your presentation? You could set the completion/passed status to track by number of slides viewed if you are concerned about users skipping slides, but need the flexibility.
