Hi Dave! I see where you're going with this question; visually, certain colors might work better with different learners. There is no way to allow for this within Presenter. This discussion seems to touch on what you're trying to do by referring to modifying the published output, although it feels a little inconclusive..
Modifying the published output is not something we can support, but feel free to work with other community members (even reaching out using their Contact Me button in their profile) who've contributed to the above discussion! I'd even through this one out there in the Building Better Courses forum.
