So I am in presenter and all is going fine!!! I add a video to the presentation and then when i publish, regardless of which skin i choose, the whole screen goes black and you can't do anything other than shut down... what am i doing wrong... HELP PLEASE!!!
It is really odd as what happens is that you can watch the video, and then you can see the background of the next slide, it pauses for a while and then goes black....
