I have downloaded Flash 16 and Presenter Update 5 but still cannot access Storyline 2. Is there a separate upgrade for Storyline that I need?

You can have Studio '13 and Storyline all running on the same computer. Just to confirm, you now have update 3 of Storyline 2 and Update 5 of Studio '13? Have you rebooted all the applications and your computer after installing the updates? If so, and you're still seeing that error message, can you connect directly with our Support team so that we can gather a bit more information about what's occurring?
I got my IS dept involved. They had to install the MS program as I did not have rights now (Windows 7).
I think I installed Studio on my PC pre Windows 7 so it allowed me to download the MS program during installation of Studio. Then when I upgraded to Studio 5, it got messed up.

Yes, there is a separate update for Storyline 2 that you can download here.
After that, you should be all set to go!

I am in a Studio-created file and try to access Quizmaker, but get this error message.
I do have both Studio and Storyline on my PC. Is that causing a problem?
