Ever since I've upgraded to Articulate 360, courses published with Storyline 360 or Presenter 360 will not bookmark (prompt to resume) in my company LMS. Which is odd, because they did work previously in Presenter '13 (if we removed a small JS code in the AICCFunctions.js file).
I have tried the solution on another thread (adding a relay.php or relay.asp file and linking to it in the .au file), but this did not work.
I'm confused as to why this would be an issue. All new AICC published courses in Lectora '18 are bookmarking fine, it's only the Articulate products that are having issues now.

It sounds like you may be using a cross-domain environment based on your troubleshooting description.
