Allowing Users To Review Slides Once They Have Failed Quiz

Dec 03, 2013

Hi - me again (thanks for all your help here).

I have created a fairly long IT Security course in Presenter '13 etc with  a quiz at the end. I want them to review all the materials on the first pass. Users must achieve 70% or have to retake the course.

Settings are:

  • Advance - Automatically
  • Navigation - Free
  • Controls - None
  • Movement (if that's the right expression) - Restricted - i.e. can only go backwards
  • The Menu & Notes tabs are visible on the right of the slides
  • In the Menu I have named section headings only - rest is just slide numbers

If they fail the quiz, I would like them to be able to review parts of the course using the Menu (rather than take the whole course again) before they take the quiz again. Problem is that I need movement to be Restricted on the first pass of the slides and then for them to be able to take a more free approach to looking at particular sections of the slide pack, while still being forced to take the quiz again.

Does Studio have this flexibility? Any way of achieving this?

Does this make sense?

Thanks
