animation in presenter

hey how are you
there is problem in picture animation in presenter when i add picture to power point with animation with the extension (gif) it's already play in power point view and when i preview by articulate presenter it still with out animation and also when i publish on lms.
is it normal ?

Hi Wael,
Presenter does not support animated GIF files. You may be able to convert your animated GIF to a Flash movie (SWF), and then insert that SWF file into your Presenter presentation. Peter shares a number of conversion tools in this thread.

that's good to know this information , but when i add swf file to any presenter slide or presenter panel didn't show in the preview or publish. at it's shown in power point preview
can i know what's the reason of it ?

Hi Wael,
SWF files should work within your Presenter course. You may want to review these Flash best practices and also check that your system requirements are up to date here.
If you're having difficulty with your Flash files after reviewing those links, would you be able to package your Presenter files and share them with us here?
