Clicking the START ANNOTATION button lasts for a second and then it stops. I recorded 29 seconds of audio using the Articulate Record Narration. I am using PowerPoint 2007. I have read other similar posts and tried the remedies found therein - still not working. Can you help? I am on a deadline.
Hi Steve - in Presenter, when you click Add Annotations and the annotation window opens, what happens if you click the Play button shown below? Do you hear your full 29 seconds of audio?
Would you mind creating an Articulate Presenter package and then uploading it to us, Steve? You can do that here. That way a support engineer can take a look at what the trouble might be. Thanks!
Yes Peter, Vira helped with a process-of-elimination approach to narrow the root cause which seemed to be an anomaly with one PPT slide. I deleted the errant slide and inserted a new slide, then re-recorded the audio and then switched to Annotation and it worked fine. Thank you.

No, the audio does not play by clicking either button. The audio only plays in Audio Editor.

OK, I just created the Package. It is attached.
Hi Steve!
Was Vira able to help you get the issue resolved?

That's great! Glad to hear it. Thanks for checking in, Steve
