Hi, my annotations are not available, although the ribbon is there and working. It looks like it is stuck from last use. The mouse is not available to click to start synchronizing animation or annotation. I had the same problem recently, which it fixed with reinstallation. Now I reinstalled, removed a few times but no solution so far. Here is a screencast. Any suggestion? Thanks.
Hi, sorry. Still trying to find my way around here. This is just to thank you for your help. I couldn´t find the normal.dotm file in my search. The support is guiding me through reinstalling framework, office, updates, etc. Hope I am back in business soon. Thanks a lot.

Continuing: My windows is XP, Office 2007, Windows Language is English with the dot as decimal symbol.
Any suggestions, much appreciated.

I apologize for the issues that you're having. Can you try repairing your normal.dotm file to see if that resolves the issue?
