According to this comparison, annotations should show up in the mobile player. My synced arrows are not showing up on an iPad but are on a desktop computer. Suggestions? Thank you!
How are you viewing the content on your iPad? Are you viewing the HTML5 content through Safari, or the Flash content through the Articulate Mobile Player?
Are you able to share the Articulate Package or a URL to the project, so I can test this out on my iPad as well?
I apologize! You specified the Mobile Player in your initial post and I totally missed that. Again, sorry for that.
Which version of the Mobile Player and iPad are you using? If you're unable to share the project here, I can try to see if I can reproduce the issue on my end with a new file.

If I view it html5 on iPad the annotations appear as well as when viewed on a PC/MAC.
