It's that time of year when I need to help with the company budget. We already have licenses for Articulate 09, but will a new version appear within the next 12-14 months? I just want to propose the cost of an upgrade if there might be.
In addition to what Justin said, a good way to make sure you know just as soon as we announce a new version is to follow us via any of the below methods:
Are the development teams different for the new versions than those for Storyline? I know that there has been a lot of buzz regarding Storyline, but I have heard very little regarding new versions. I was hoping that they were on the same trajectory so that we could take advantage of any price breaks for the set.
I looked at some of the upgrade cost for individual products and wondered about how different versions interacted together. For example what if I upgraded Engage and not Quizmaker, etc.
And lastly do you think they are going to need beta testers for the new versions?

We haven't announced any pricing or upgrade incentives for Storyline yet.
Yes, we always do at least a round or two of customer beta testing, but we haven't yet announced details on how to participate in the testing for the next major version of Studio.

We don't announce release dates, so I would just use the current upgrading pricing for budgetary reasons:
