I am working with some AP6 engage files but I am using AP9. I didn't have any trouble importing the engage files into the original ppt files with the exception of 1. When I click on 'Edit in Engage' I get a message:
This project cannot be opened. Please make sure it is not already open in another instance of the application and try again.
I'd recommend submitting a ticket to our support team. You'll have the option to record a screencast, which may be helpful in getting this resolved. Thanks!
