Appear and disappear animation not working through Articulate.

Hi

I have created a few straightforward click and reveal style animation within Powerpoint, however when I publish the course in Articulate these animations don't work properly.  Has anyone got any suggestions?

Hi Fliss,

Can  you describe how you've done this? I just created a quick test with Appear and Disappear and it worked in Preview mode and when Published.

  • Put two images on a slide.
  • First one appeared on click.
  • Second appeared after previous with 1 second delay
  • First one disappeared after previous.
  • Second one disappeared after previous with 1 second delay.

it sounds pretty similar to what I have done, I have three images and when I click the first image an information box appears, I then click the second image and similarly.  The only thing is they are grouped I might save them as pictures.  It's strange because they work fine through Powerpoint but  not when published.

HI Fliss,

There apparently are some "issues" with grouped objects and Presenter, as Peter Anderson has stated here

Grouped shape and text ungrouping. This one used text and images grouped together, and the result was different in Presenter
